June 22, 2024 - NABRA AGM
The 2024 NABRA Annual General Meeting will take place at 1022 Bailey Lane (at the Kennedys) on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, at 9.30, rain or shine. Please bring a chair.
June 14, 2024 - Road Work
Please be aware weather permitting road maintenance is scheduled for June 14, 2024 from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. During this period please limit any unnecessary travel and be aware of the various activities occurring on the road.
FOCA Update
NABRA receives a newsletter periodically from FOCA (Federation of Ontario Cottagers’ Associations). This is the organization through which we have our Insurance.
FOCA has a lot of publications that are available either in print or online:
“Shoreline Owner’s Guide to Healthy Waterfronts” - great info for new (or old) property owners.
“Ice Safety” - “The Power of the Past” webinar and other inspiring webinars in the series available at: https://foca.on.ca/ice/.

There are many excellent articles and, although I have not yet followed up with any of the online information mentioned above, I have read or scanned most of the articles in the magazine.
